iHerb

I've recently found out this new website called iHerb. It sells a wide range of products. From supplements to daily grocery. You are able to find US brands products that are not available in Singapore. You are also able to find products sold in Singapore's stores, e.g Watsons, at a fraction of the price! Most of the brands available are US brands such as Now Foods and Nutiva. You may have never heard before some of the brands but reviews are available from real buyers who has previously purchased the item to help you decide if you would like to give the product a shot.
Free shipping is available when you purchase over S$56.26 or a fixed shipping fee of $5.63.

After I've placed my order, my items were shipped out the next day. The products were delivered all the way from California to Singapore and the delivery only took one week! The best thing about the delivery is that you don't have to worry if there's no one at home to collect your parcel. Your item will be placed in a POPStation where you are able to collect 24hrs. You don't have to rush home, worrying that the post office may be closed and you are unable to collect your parcel. They will provide you with a PopStation slip stating the collection place and instructions.

Chicken Up - Jurong East Outlet

I LOVE fried chicken!
Which reminds me:

Chicken Up claims to be the #1 Korean Fried Chicken. So, I've decided to give it a go and see if it actually lives up to it's claim. I went to the Jurong East branch for dinner. When I got there, there wasn't much crowd as it was about 9pm. The manager there was really friendly and welcoming.
Below are a list of things that I have ordered.

New Manlee - Malaysia Bak Kut Teh

There a new Bak Kut Teh store recently opened at the basement of Clementi Mall.

New Manlee Bak Kut Teh is franchised from Kuala Lumper, Malaysia which was established over 40 years. "Bak Kut Teh" (肉骨茶) is an aromatic soup with a choice of pork spare ribs, lean meat, pork stomach or pork belly meat slow-cooked and flavoured with garlic and other spices. "New Manlee" serves two versions of this dish - Singapore style white peppery soup and Malaysia style black herbal soup. Other items on the menu include a dry bak kut teh dish and braised pork trotters. Side dishes include the ubiquitous dough fritters and salted vegetables.*

AOne Bak Kut Teh

As my sis likes to say, "Singapore's Bak Kut Teh is more of a "pepper soup" than the traditional herbal soup". So for people who do not like the taste/the smell of the herb, this Bak Kut Teh may be the one for you! (If you love pepper too.)

Claypot chicken cubes, You tiao (dough fritter), White Rice

Doi Chaang Coffee

321 Clementi has officially opened at the end of last year. It's a small mall slightly further down from the Clementi MRT station. Hidden at the corner of the mall is a small Thai cafe, Doi Chaang Coffee. It's a cafe with simple yet not plain decorations.
